Gave interview about resume and some basic question about manufacturing like six sigma, lean, quality tools. Also gave another phone screen with hiring manager.
Got offer next day to join for the company.

The interview was conducted online. First we went over work history and experience. Then, standard boilerplate soft skill questions were asked, with nothing particularly tough. Technical portion of the interview went over GD&T concepts and manufacturing processes. Total time was 40 minutes.

It was a Teams call with a program manager that managed 40 other engineers across the globe. The interview was about 1 hour long. She asked me about the cycle time reduction results I had listed on my resume, what was the biggest problem I faced as a manufacturing engineer and if I have ever heard of Quest global.
