A basic round of interview followed by a client interview. QuEST interview was very much basic; but client interview was tough. They literally grilled me for 2 hours. They have provided scenarios and asked me questions on how to come up with test plan, teat strategy, resource planning, etc.

Entretien
I had an initial phone screen with the recruiter, a video call with the program manager, then a video call with the department manager and program manager. They only asked behavioral questions and it was very easy. The process did feel rushed though as they kept asking me to schedule subsequent interviews the very next day.
The interview was one Zoom call. Common questions were asked; experiences, education, what are you looking for in a career. It was only a couple days after initially applying to the position. A recommendation goes a long way.
