Aptitude is conducted by cocubes. Logical, verbal, etc sections are quite easy. But more questions and quite difficult questions are in the technical section. For mech design, manufacturing are tge main areas to concentrate as most of the questions are from these subjects.

And third round is HR round.
Communication is very important those rounds.
And good technical knowledge also.
Problem solving skill also important.
