Telephone and Skype...Java related basic and Spring/hibernate etc ....Management oriented ...1st round is telephone for out of city and 2nd round is technical(telephonic)... 3rd round isTelephone Managerial round..followed by HR round......got offer with in 1 week.....good experience regarding selection process... .... .... ... ... ..Relocation bonus...lot of other facilities
