I was continually ghosted by the recruiter and kept having to reach out for the process to continue at any point. Because of this the process took months They gave me a ten+ hour coding assessment, where I implemented everything that was asked. And then 2 weeks later they sent me an email saying they were passing on me. I received NO feedback on the assessment, and also I did NOT have an interview with someone where I would walk through my assessment's code and talk through it with them. Very amateur all around.
