One interview, after you have been selected, then you get inside the program. the interview is scheduled for 15 minutes, done virtually. you will receive a link to choose your preferred time for the interview

After sending in your application you get an email to choose a time for your interview. You register on a website on which they conduct their interviews. You get assigned and interviewer and just log on at the required time as scheduled beforehand (you get to choose a time slot that suits you).
