I was brought into a meeting room with the hiring manager and her subordinate. They were very friendly and wanted to get to know about my personal interests just as much as my professional abilities. They placed a lot of emphasis on perks such as company hangouts like going to drive shack. I wouldn't consider these real benefits and I was also turned off by the low salary offered compared to the industry standards of a data scientist. The rule I was applying for seem to be focused on data entry to support sales. Overall they were very friendly but the other staff seem to be less cordial and the overall atmosphere seem to be not as professional. I was given a short test in Excel to reorganize data from different tabs. Nothing too complicated.
