4-5 rounds comprising of Aptitude Tests, Technical Tests, Technical Interview and HR Interview. All basic questions were asked. Understand what is ERP is about and give examples to support your answer. They are looking for people with good communication skills and with basic aptitude. I was the only one out of 55 people to get selected from my college. They hired 14 other students in the same way.
