After a screening call I was invited to an interview with 2 interviewers, bit of a a grilling if I am honest and very formal. During one point of the interview the male interviewer decided to have a small doze which was very unprofessional considering I had spent a couple of hours preparing, If candidates are going to get an interview at least have the decency to be awake for it
