First there was an online application, then a short video interview with only 2 questions, then a 2 day assessment centre plus an assessment task to complete and an additional interview the following week concerning the task.

The online interview felt a lot more personal and like they actually cared compared to majority of large firms I have interviewed at. The questions felt carefully curated to actually being relevant to the role and they provided proper amounts of time to respond and prepare.
