The person who interviewed me was nice and honest about the job. We talked about my schedule and what they were looking for in a part timer. I also was able to get stock after I think a year or two.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to step into a leadership role?
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Publix en juin 2012
Entretien
Pretty standard interview. No real difficult questions, although for this position they were looking for someone who would work odd hours: 4am to 1pm. I said I was fine with that, but that I was going back to school at the end of the summer, and I think that made them reluctant. I thought I was pretty qualified, but apparently they weren't interested.

Question 1
The manager handed me a box of pop-tarts and said, "Here, sell this to me."
Easy peasy, as I was able to easily answer their questions with diligence and grace. Super duper easy as I’ve already mentioned before, just bring your best smile. Do you understand the reason you want to work there? Think of that answer and you will be golden.

Question 1
What would you do if a customer asked for help and you didn’t know the answer.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Publix (Newnan, GA) en sept. 2024

It was easy. I was told more about the company than asked about myself. I had two interviews in total, and both went about the same. The manager was very nice.
