First stage was with the recruiter who informed me they were recruiting for two roles; Manager and Senior Manager. I was quickly passed on to a first stage with the team, where we discussed my experience and suitability to the role. The final stage was with the head of the team & a director, where I had to complete a short excel task live and walk them through my thought process. The recruiter followed up with an email the day after that they would be delighted to catch up on call on the results following my interview, once I provided availability I didn't hear back for a few days. Start of next week I received an email that although they "were impressed with your top-tier skills and interview task results" they will not be moving forward with my application. I was given no feedback despite requesting it several times by the recruiter who told to keep in contact and reach out directly if I see any roles within the company that excite me.
