I attended one of the recruitment drive. Total 5 Rounds were 1. Written Test on Java (mostly) and SQL Basic (around 20 Questions). Around 1 Hour is given for the test which I believe is more than enough and they check your basic concepts. 2. Technical Discussion on basic programs on Java and Selenium knowledge (around 20 min) 3. Create a Framework Data Driven (Page Object Model) or Any other approach for couple of test cases on a e-commerce site and explain your choices and framework working.(around 2 hour) You will be judged upon OOPS, Maintenance, Design, Test-ability, Scale-ability. You will be given ample time to complete it and you can definitely ask for more time. They are very helpful about this round. 4. Discussion on Framework and their Feedback. They will time to customise/improvise your framework if they see some issues. You will have to get it done and again you will be given ample time to complete it.(around 30 min) 5. Managerial + QA process Round : To understand what have you worked upon, your previous project challenges, Why do you want to join , CTC discussion and all.(15 min) The entire process took around 6 Hours as there were many candidates to be interviewed but HR team of Prowareness was very helpful and were trying to get it done ASAP if some candidates have any issues. Overall it was one of the best interviews I have given in recent past as Interviewer cleared couple of my doubts and showed the best ways/practices to do it. All of the panel was very friendly and the candidates were given food and water at proper time. The offer was released on the same day. I was very Happy with the process as it was very transparent and friendly.

PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR INTERVIEW, FILTHY PROCESS AND HR ASKS TO SUBMIT ALL THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS AS COLLATERAL TO ROLL OUT OFFER LETTER. I was called by HR saying that its an immediate requirement and as I was on notice period I shared my offer details and current compensations. First they conducted written test 17 questions all from java (problems related to constructor chaining) and sql. I scored well then they I was given laptop to develop a framework and implement test in flipkart page. that too I need to install everything on laptop, laptop crashed several times. Finally i have developed nice framework and implemented tests. Tech pannel was happy to see the solution. I spent 9 hours and no food no water given to candidates. After a long wait I was called for HR Round, there they asked for my salary and my offer. Then they asked stupid questions like why you expect hike? and moreover they said Gurgaon is a cheap city why you need hike.( think about the IQ of HR). Finally I was asked to leave for the day they said my profile is on hold. I know this was other way of rejection. They have offered one guy whose salary was quite low, I had a chance to discuss with that guy he said he did not worked on automation but he got training from outside. He was also bit hesitant because HR asked to submit all the original documents as a collateral before rolling offer letter. Ironically they never admitted such conditions before calling.
