Providence uses Hireview app to videotape the interview instead of phone interview. Questions flash on screen and you talk into the camera. There wasn't enough time to read and think about the questions before the camera starts recording your answer. It felt unnatural looking into the camera to answer questions. For the app to work, you have to troubleshoot any tech issues on your own. Hated the process!

Interview process was easy but not very structured. Questions were repetitive. However TAG and leadership is very polite. The facility is also great. Took about 3 round and also most questions were around AI

I had two interviews in total, one with the executive recruiter and another with the hiring manager and a c-suite executive. The recruiter interview was over the phone, and the second interview was via Zoom.

Applied online via portal. Heard back from recruiter a week later via email. Recruiter screen and then a video call with the hiring manager a week after that. Checked application portal afterwards to see I was not moving forward.
