Within 3 seconds of submitting your resume and answering 3 very basic questions (education level, ability to work in US, 18 or older), you automatically receive a link to a video interview. It involves 11 questions. If you prepare, do it right, it takes a couple of hours. I found the lack of scrutiny and demand to be highly disrespectful.

Quick to schedule first interview. Interview was convenient and remote. Staff was friendly and professional. Overall, pleasant experience even though I was not selected for position in the long run.
