This was a nice and relaxed interview. I had met the lady interviewing me once at a football game which made it less stressful and personable. She asked me personal questions about myself and we spoke about her for awhile and she made one of my first interviews a great learning experience.

Phone interview with recruiter. Panel in-person interview with 3-5 members of the team. They use behavioral interviewing AKA "Tell me about a situation where". Really simple interview. Read up on their "core values". I'm pretty sure that is on the score sheet as part of the "culture fit". The campus is business casual. I would dress professionally, ever interview I've been apart of the interviewee's attire has been discussed afterward. One person I know lost a job because they wore jeans to the follow up interview (which shouldn't even need to be stated)
