After that, I was scheduled for in-person interviews at the NYC office, which included three back-to-back sessions with senior management. Pros: The interviewers were pleasant, asked insightful questions, and I learned several interesting things from our conversations. Cons: The in-person interview setting was very uncomfortable—a small 1.5x1.5 meter room with limited air circulation. I’ve interviewed in various places and never encountered this type of setting before. The back-to-back interviews lasted around two hours with almost no breaks. The setting akin to an interrogation room made it challenging to stay composed and focused. A tip: Ask for water right away and request a short break if needed.
