Initial interview, after that they will send you their exam and they will schedule you for a panel interview. I actually enjoyed the initial interview, The interviewer was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. They have an exaggerated examination it’s actually a mini project with a complete features which I think that deserves a 6 digit rate, that can be a thesis project actually. During the technical interview they look for something that is not in the expected output, basically it’s not in the bullet point, It’s not even in the JD. ofcourse if you don’t have that I think you will fail even if you did all the features that they asked. I think they didn’t even browse the code or understand it because they focus to look on something that is not in the expected output they didn’t even ask me about the code or even a simple question of what is the pros and cons of react something like that. You will need to put a lot of effort on the exam because it’s a lot and it will make you think is it worth it? (I don’t think they can give a big compensation and that’s a lot for an exam).
