Great experience. Use the right format they want in all the questions. Assessmenet was really hard. Study if you can about company and be ready to answer hard questions. Also, 3-4 interviews.

Pretty easy. Used STAR method, which was new to me. But after researching, it actually made a lot of sense why they did it that way. There was also a recorded video portion as well.

Horrible! An assessment, then a one way interview. After that you interview with a recruiter. Keep in mind this is for a low paying, entry level role. After all this stress and hours of prep work and a month long process you get a rejection. I would not advise anyone to go through this process. It is basically just a call center job. USAA pays more and is better.
