Entretien
1. Initial Application.
2. Emailed link to take an assessment.
3. One day after assessment I received an invite to submit a 30 min recorded interview online.
4. One day after submitting the recorded interview I received an invite to do a 1 on 1 virtual interview with a recruiter. This is the interview that actually matters, the rest of the steps were quite easy. Interview was supposed to last an hour and 15 min and only ended up being 35 minutes. This made me extremely nervous but I think it was just because I did so much research about the role prior (would def recommend this). Make sure to have questions to ask the interviewer to show your interest. Another helpful tip would be when the interviewer asks how you are doing, say “great! I just got back from….” so the conversation doesn’t jump directly straight into the interview and you can show your personality off a little.
5. One week after my scheduled one on one interview I received a call from a recruiter with a conditional offer to start the position in a month.
6. Recruiter also started my background check with me and made sure to let me know that being hired is contingent on the background check (currently waiting for my results now, wish me luck).

STAR style interview questions and responses (Google if unfamiliar). Have a situation to talk about for each of these topics and you’ll be golden.

2. A time you exceeded someone’s expectations.
3. A time you felt overwhelmed.
4. A time you received constructive feedback.
5. A time where you coped with a substantial change at work or school.
6. A time you received conflicting information.
7. A time where a customer told you no.
8. A time you did something wrong at work.
9. A time you learned something new.
10. A time you had to negotiate.
Would definitely recommend shifting your answers focus towards customer service if you do not have prior insurance experience as it seems they want to find people that are good with people for this role.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entretien
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
