application; on line assessment; phone interview; background check; face to face interview; wait : they have a very well versed process and each step was very well explained and all the necessary information was provided well in advance. STAR interview process is the focus of the telephone interview and face to face. I read other Progressive reviews for interviews and the only difference I experienced was my face to face interview included two managers. They still used the STAR process, but they took turns asking questions.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
