Applied via their website with resume and cover letter. Was sent a link to an assessment test which take about 30 minutes. Two weeks later, I received an email to contact them for a phone interview. The interview was a behavioral type and took about an hour. Two weeks later I was contacted to set up a face to face interview. Same type of behavioral questions and took about an hour. Also, had to submit information for a background check. The 1 on 1 interview was about 2 weeks ago, and I am still waiting to here back.

I don't remember the exact question, but it was along the lines of 'tell me about a time you needed to have a group discussion on a difficult problem'...something like that.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
