Takes Forever! I first had to take an online test, then a 40 minute phone interview, then got called to interview with 2 one on one interviews then get called to come in for tests. Takes wayyyy too long. I can see if I was applying for a Senior executive job but this was just for a call center rep job! I subsequently interviewed, tested and was hired by Credit Services Company at the same wage of 13/hr within 48 hours Progressive takes way too long in their hiring process. I couldn't wait around with all their tests and the interviewing processes-I was offered a job paying the same wage and who were able to be aggressive in the hiring process. Too late, Progressive!
