Interview process was outsourced and carried out by a HR agency. Got called by HR in the morning and I got asked to do the interview the same day by the afternoon, couldn’t prepare it properly backwards at all. They were looking for a really skilled individual that is flair with numbers and likes to spend full time on computer, no surprise for this role. They also ask you how you deal with pressure or how you deal with seniors/managers. Probably the longest interview I have done, you have to go through many tests: English test (200 questions, 20 min), Advanced Excel test (30 questions). Salary was really good but many responsibilities and workload.
