It was a very good interview. They asked question to get to know me and then they went into asking how I would be able to handle the job and all of the needs that come with such a demanding job. They also took me to lunch to get to know me and I think that helped in calming my nerves.
Lots of separate interviews - HR phone screening, phone screen with managers, on site interview with HR, on site interview with managers, on site interview with department director. Also get a tour with the on site interviews

Run don't walk from Printpack. Long drawn out 3 week waste of time. Three perfect interviews including a phone screen with HR, a phone panel interview and an in-person interview with the same people from the phone panel. The questions and the answers were the same throughout the process. I'm not sure if I didn't get the job because I'm overqualified or a minority as stated in previous reviews. The bottom line is that Printpack wasted my time and theirs. I emailed the recruiting team for feedback after I received my rejection letter and still have not received it. They are not looking to hire experienced diverse professionals that will help their business thrive and grow. They want inexperienced kids that will accept a salary less than $50K with very little room for growth. Because of this Printpack will never evolve.
