Two rounds - one 4 panel, second 2 panel. Drawn out, had to actively follow-up for next steps, after hiring offer for paper work, etc. Communication lacked.

Initial interview with a recruiter which went well, good communication. 3 Additional rounds of interviews with other departments and then the "team" I would be working with. Ended up being told I was not a good fit for the team. A lot of wasted time.
