It was quick, interviewed by one of the managers. It was very laid back but questions were easy enough. You would be very able to answer on spot. It was via video call due to Covid-19.

Questions in terms of scenarios in retail, for example, a customer wants a different size but it is not in stock, what do you do?
Standard retail interview, make sure you have a question prepared to ask the interviewer. They go through your cv on the day so make sure you have the correct dates etc.

Really easy and quick. Interviewer was friendly and there was about 20 questions but just the generic. Took about 10 minutes. But was for christmas temp. So they lowkey was trying to take alot of people in as possible as primark can get busy.
Online application, live interview followed by a feedback. In a few days I knew their answer. The interview was no stressful at all and the interviewer made me feel very comfortable
