Solid, they took time to understand my concerns and make sure I understood the job. I was able to have actual conversation after the interview and they made it very easy and lighthearted.

They will hire anybody. If you're personable and can be on time thats all you need. Interview is more of a formality and a chance to draw you in with some promises that can be misleading on pay and promotions.
