Ein Vorstellungsgespräch beginnt mit einer kurzen Begrüßung und Einführung, gefolgt von der Selbstvorstellung des Bewerbers und der Besprechung seines Lebenslaufs. Anschließend stellt der Interviewer fachliche und verhaltensbezogene Fragen, um die Eignung des Bewerbers zu beurteilen. Zum Abschluss hat der Bewerber die Möglichkeit, eigene Fragen zu stellen, bevor der Interviewer den weiteren Verlauf des Bewerbungsprozesses erklärt.

Great process. Excellent people. Very direct. Didn’t take it because personal circumstances came up. This was for the Hartford location. They were on time to the meeting and asked also how my day was going

It was bit more technical and it was not much diificult and the interviewer was asked to write some pseudo codes and some java oriented questions and about the project you have done
