The interview process was long. There was 5 rounds of interviews and a presentation.
It felt like they were going overboard with the amount of background they were attempting to obtain.
When I had asked for feedback about not getting to the *next* (6th) round the only feedback was that I was a great candidate but they liked someone else more.
This was not helpful feedback and it sounded like it was a cultural fit. Which is interesting because the caliber of employees is on par with the rest of the market in Lehi.
They were very specific on someone with the having the title of marketing manager on the resume.

Entretien
Phone screen with a recruiter, 1st round 30 minute interview with a team member, 3 back-to-back 30 minute interviews with your manager, and other stakeholders, and then a final round where you present a relevant project you have worked on and how you will leverage your skills at Podium.
The interviewers and recruiter were all very kind and helpful throughout the process. The recruiters also made themselves available to help. Not pretentious at all.
Recruiters did not provide clarity on interview process and I was unclear how long, or how many steps there were, or what deadlines they had. Interviewers did not prepare for my interview, had not read my resume beforehand. Didn't respond to request for feedback after interviews.

Having a contact at the company was definitely beneficial to getting an interview. The recruiters were very helpful, professional, and made each interview step as seamless as possible. It was great to have someone to contact in case of a technical difficulty with zoom.
