Applied and got a text from a recruiter a few days later to set up a phone call. Had a 30 minute call, answered a few questions about my work experience.

The interview from start to finish was smooth and I had great communication with the hiring team throughout the whole process. As for the interview, first I had a quick phone call then was asked to come in for an onsite at Podium HQ to meet with some of the team. I had 3 interviews, each 30 minutes long. The process overall was pretty taxing but I appreciate that because the people at Podium really take time to get to know you as a person, not just what you are on paper. I can tell they really work hard to protect the culture at the company! Not even 24 hours after my interview I received an offer. They are really considerate of your time.
