J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Pluralsight (Sandy, UT) en mars 2019

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn about the role. It would be a long drive from home so I was hesitant to apply. He sold me on the idea and mentioned a lot of perks like ability to work from home and competitive salary. I decided to do a call with him, I did a take home assignment which took some time to complete (around 3 hrs) as well as a pluralsight IQ test. All in all, at this point I have put in a lot of time in and I submit all of my work. I don't hear back so after a week I contact the recruiter and ask what the status is. He responds 4 days later that they are looking at my assignment. Another 7 days goes by and I send another email asking for an update. 1 day later he responds that I didn't attach the assignment to the first email (I clearly did). So I immediately send it to him a second time. I haven't heard from him since, and it's been nearly 2 weeks since we last spoke. I should have read these interview reviews before I decided to interview myself.
The interview process will be easy if you have the right mindset to learn
Basically this is culture centric company, So it is very rare they ask any coding questions but be prepared for it to the basic level
