It was overall a very smooth interview process. General questions like "Who are you as a person?" and "What made you want to become a real estate agent?" and other questions like that. Very nice office and atmosphere.

I was interviewed by Thomas, the VP of Business Development. I think his pitch was great and presented a very compelling work model, highlighting especially what a boutique brokerage can do for you compared to a large brokerage.

I inquired and was scheduled quickly did not receive much info or vetting beforehand. I was changing industries but their only requirement was to already be licensed prior to the interview
