After the phone process and accepting my in person interview via email, for some reason on the day I arrive they didn't have me scheduled to meet anyone or better yet thought that I never replied. After they realized that the secretary just didn't reply back the apologized and had me sit down with the property manager and the COO I guess having more than 10 years experience in your profession build programs in other places and have a great record isn't enough because I overheard the property manager say I like him and the COO clearly says he just doesn't look like the business type. I am sorry I thought I was there to help prevent situations from happening not to make sure I have the corporate look. But to top it off I never received a thank you for coming in but we regret to inform you or anything just a no call back
