I applied before the location I work at actually opened and was called for a phone interview about a week later. It lasted about half an hour and mostly involved questions about my customer service experience. After another week, I was contacted and asked to come in for an in-person interview with someone else. That one was even shorter, and then I took a tour of the gym. I was hired on the spot and started less than a week later.

Entretien
You typically go to the manager's office and have a one-on-one conversation. It was very easy, don't feel like you need to stress yourself out preparing. I was incredibly nervous but the manager was super sweet and we had a great conversation.

I applied online & called in to follow up on my application, I was told to call in repeatedly. I called in a few days later & was told there were open interviews that week. I came in & interviewed with two managers & was called back for a second interview the following day.

They asked me to sell them a pen to demonstrate my ability to generate excitement over anything. I had to convey excitement & convince them to love the pen.

I applied online. I then received a call a day later I was asked to come in for a interview on Friday may 1st 2015. I believe I got this job because of my background of going to school for personal training and nutrition education. I came in a week before and asked if they were hiring.
