Online application, phone call and interview. Very nice manager although not the general manager. I was unsure of the process and felt uncomfortable the entire time. I really needed this job for the money but there was no negotiating or information on raises. If I would've been told there are rarely any raises and about the hostile environment I would not have accepted the offer.
I had a two person interview with a manager and another upper level employee. The questions were relevant and they were very willing to answer any questions I had. I personally don't mind having more than one person interview me for accuracy and oversight, however I can see how that might overwhelm or intimidate another person.
The process was quite Simple and Easygoing. They asked about average and expected interview questions. Nothing too crazy. People were very friendly. Chill environment. Manger made a job offer on the spot. You can choose to accept or decline.

Simple laid back. Asked about work history and background. Specific hours. Asked if comfortable standing most of the shift. Frequent cleaning. Very nice manager. I feel that younger people tend to get hired more. Pay is not that great.
