How do you present and tailor your presentation to different stakeholders? How do you collaborate, drive alignment, and work with PMs and tech with different priorities? Tell me about a recent project that you’ve worked on.

The first round was with a recuiter, and he followed up with a few questions from the hm. Second round with hm, took pretty long to get back to me. Third round was on site including a portfolio walkthrough with a few 1:1s.

I did a phone interview with the senior recruiter. She was all business and jumped into the interview right away without too much of a warm up like "Tell me about yourself" etc.
