Group interview with role playing questions. They had 8 candidates sit in the back room for an interview. There was a brief company overview and then what they expect from the sale associates. Mainly, they have the applicants role play as the sale associate and customer. They only offer 12 to 15 hours a week and the schedule changes weekly. You have to find coverage from other employees yourself to cover time off or if you are unavailable the days they require you to work.

The interview was quick and easy, didn't have any issues with the questions and the interviewer was very professional throughout the whole process. They asked about my professional background, a variety of different situations and what I would do in them, and what my expected salary was.

Tell us about a time where you had to deal with an escalated customer
The interview was quick and straight to the point. Asked for my availability and work history. The person interviewing me was nice and did not felt much pressure through out the process.
