I had a group interview but the questions were the same as a one on one. They asked how you dealt with a difficult customer in the past. How you converted a "Just looking" customer into a sale. Explain a time when you gave excellent customer service. Explain a time when you went above and beyond your job description. What would you do in a time that was not busy?

Entretien
It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.
