My resume was found by one of their recruiters. They called me up and set up an interview at their HQ. I first met with HR, then interviewed with a four person panel. Spent about an hour or so answering standard behavioral questions (name a conflict you had at work and ho did you resolve it, what do you do when faced with multiple tasks that are all labeled "high priority", how do you go about affecting change, etc). After that, there was a short programming test. I was given a laptop and about an hour to complete the test. Simple stuff, just enough to prove that you could do what they wanted.
