After giving a recruiter my resume I was contacted to schedule an interview. They worked with me to set up a phone interview at a convenient time for me (I was out of state at the time). The whole process (initial email to offer) took about a month and a half.

Behavioral questions, looking for a good fit. Questions look for how you handled different situations, or what you learned from the situations. Questions were straight forward and were not made to trick people.

After submitting my application, I received a request to record videos and answer 3 questions. I followed the guidelines and completed the task, but I never heard back from you.

The interview was all personality based questions, the interviewers read from a packet and many of the questions did not seem relevant. This was the day after a career fair
