2. Recruiter called for phone interview
3. I had a phone interview with hiring manager
2. Had face to face interview with 3 different managers and a Sr. Analyst
3. Offer was made within 2 weeks

No surprises, just the typical questions regarding experience and knowledge. As long as you have practice some type of interviewing questions and answers that would be sufficient.

Mostly they checks the candidates attitude & willing to learn
Though the process took almost one month time overall went successful
