first level with hiring manage, second level with HR manager, third level with Director or business leader. decision making is quick and easy. interview questions were very relevant to the job and were practical questions. aptitude test is done for most of the senior mgmt positions. basic lighting knowledge is required.
Two round of interview , first was with direct manager, second was with managers of manager. it was very nice interview for the said position. I am feeling excited to have next round of discussion.

1 phone interview and on site interview. interviewers are nice, but not very patient.
overall, it is a good experience. during the interview. They will ask for your previous project experience and you might need to let them know your project management experience

Had 2 phone interviews. One with HR and other with Hiring manager. Later was called for onsite interview which was for more than an hour. More than 3 people interview me . Including Hiring Manager, Senior Engineer and one Project Manager.
