We started with an online application along with posting of a current resume. Then a phone interview was scheduled for 2 weeks after the date the application. The phone iterview was merely for availability check and then an onsite interview was scheduled. The clinical scientists are scattered around the states so it is really hard for them to gether the interviwers together for the onsite. It took about a month to schedule the onsite. The onsite interview consisted of a 40min presentation and 4 different interviewers including one HR.

Straightforward 1st round of interview. It was an online interview with an HR person. Talked about my background and my availability plus I asked some questions regading the role (team, projects etc). Overall, good experience, around 30 minutes.
I applied for this positions and I got an interview after 5 months. It takes a long time to arrange an interview. I interviewed via Skype with the hiring manager. It lasted only 15 minutes. I received very basic questions from the hiring manager. I felt I was doing well, but I also felt that they already had another cancdiate in mind that was close to signing the contract. After a week I got this email that they already had a candidate in mind and they filled in the vacancy internally.
