Applied online, received a phone call to come in for interview a day later. Made me wait for about 25 mins; Then, they realized I was still waiting. Interviewed by two people: Director of pharmacy & Support.

Asked basic questions such as getting to know you, strengths/weaknesses, and how to handle conflict. It seemed like they were looking for someone with several years of experience who was comfortable in leadership positions.
