sent application through the website then got a call from the HR and briefly spoke to confirm for details. Then received an email to notify for a phone interview and got invited to the assessment centre. The assessment was divided in three parts, the psychometric tests, group discussion, and a personal data questionnaire. They weren't too hard. Unfortunately did not get to the next round.

1. Exam - To check the mental ability, performance and knowledge of person
2. Group Discussion - To check the communication skills and speaking skills
3. Technical round - To check knowledge on operations and equipment operations process
4. HR round - Package discussion

Entretien
It was great, professional and open. The interviewer shared key information such as culture, working style etc. the questions asked were moderate to difficult, it was out of the box questions to understand us as a person instead of the role.
