I recommend practicing. 3) I was contacted a few days later to setup a live interview. 4) Took the interview with 3 DMs (All 3 were extremely nice). Interview was straight forward. They mentioned that it was going to take some time to hear back due to them figuring out what location they're expanding into. 5) It's been 2.5 months since, and I'm still waiting to hear back.

Second interview was a phone interview with the hiring manager. Resume walk through and a series of situational-based questions. Third interview was an in-person with the hiring manager with another series of situational-based questions. Final round interview was a phone interview with the regional manager. Resume walk through and a few situational-based questions. Ask for the job! Overall, positive experience. In total, about a 2 month process.
