The interview started in a relaxed and easy manner. The discussion started by talking about my background and experiences and how did I come to apply or be interested in such a position. Progressed to workflow and what I do on a day to day bases. Later I learned more about the company and it’s goals and future plans as as as what the confounded experience and background was and how she came to the position she is in now.
