The interview process was very unorganized. There was weeks between each step, limited communication and you could tell some interviewers did not prepare questions ahead of time. The company should look into revamping its recruiting process.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you used data to develop a communications strategy.
Phone interview with HR. The HR rep was NOT enthused to be doing this interview. From the very first greeting they were very dismissive. Asked me two questions and then ended the call. It was a total of 10 minutes.

Entretien
Conducted by external recruiter. Recruiter was unable to specify job requirements or reporting structure with any degree of accuracy, though she said she believed the job involved "supporting" the chairman's communications needs. She was unable to identify the chairman by name. When I followed up, she advised me that she thought the job had been filled. I asked if she could confirm, and heard no more.
