Applied online. Got a call 1 week later. One interview with District Rental Manager. There is normally multiple interviews with the branch manager, district rental manager, and district manager, but the district was in between managers at the time. It was a very laid back interview.

First was a phone interview, then a panel interview with multiple leads at the location. Overall was good but I didn’t end up moving forward with the company. They said if I was willing to relocate I could interview there.

The interview process was relatively easy. Let you talk with people who actually work in the position beforehand as well which was nice. After that I talked with the manager and a manager above them.
